civet cat
This cat eats ripest coffee cherries
This was first noted in Sumatran jungle
This cat cant digest the coffee bean and
hence it is thrown of its faeces
As the coffee bean passes through the anal
glands , a smoothness and flavor enhancement is noted in the resulting roasted
coffee! !!!
As a results these wild cats also called
luwaks are caged and this collection of coffee bean from its faeces has become
commercial!!!

Buckwheat- The wonder pseudo cereal - good for health
Buckwheat is a pseudocereal meaning it is
consumed in the same way as cereal
grains, but do not grow on grasses. It is not related to wheat, and is therefore gluten-free.
The grains are brown
and irregular in shape.
It is rich in carbohydrates,
proteins ,minerals and various antioxidants.
It has varied health benefits
It shows improved blood sugar control. The soluble
carbohydrates in buckwheat moderates the blood sugar increase usually noted after
meals.
It reduces colon cancer.
It is rich
in minerals like manganese, copper, magnesium and compounds like rutin,
which are healthy for the heart. Hence Buckwheat promotes health of our heart!
