It is otherwise called civet cat coffee It is coffee derived from the faeces of
civet cat This cat eats ripest coffee cherries This was first noted in Sumatran jungle This cat cant digest the coffee bean and
hence it is thrown of its faeces As the coffee bean passes through the anal
glands , a smoothness and flavor enhancement is noted in the resulting roasted
coffee! !!! As a results these wild cats also called
luwaks are caged and this collection of coffee bean from its faeces has become
commercial!!!
