In
a flipped classroom, the teacher's role is to provide meaningful and engaging
instruction, to create an environment that encourages student collaboration and
problem-solving, and to facilitate learning in a way that maximises student
engagement and understanding. The teacher should also be prepared to provide
individualised support and feedback to each student as needed. Furthermore, the
teacher should provide students with guidance and support as they explore,
discover, and apply new knowledge and skills.
The
best flip classroom model will be determined by the students' individual learning
needs as well as the classroom's goals. The "Jigsaw" method, the
"Flipped Video" method, and the "Flipped Workshop" model
are all popular.
