Tip of the day-how to get soft idli

Here are few tips for getting soft idlis:
Grind soaked fenugreek seeds separately till it lathers then grind uead dhal with sufficient water such that it is neither thick nor very watery.
Grind idli rice separately tool soft batter is got.
Mix all three with salt and leave it for 6hours.
Mix well and store in tupperware containers for use.
Tips: do not allow to ferment in tupperware containers.  It may ferment late. Better to leave in steel vessels first.
Correct proportion of rice dhal ratio is a must.4:1 rice: dhal.
