Curcumin with salt forms sodium salt of curcumate wh facilitates absorption of curcumin .Hence in our food preparations its good to add turmeric and salt together. Normally those who use a white vegetable cutting board feel that how much ever you clean the board it still is dirty with all stains. Add few drops of Rin Ala onto the wet board leave it for 15min and wash off with soap to get a white clean board
